The file formats we can accept include dwg, iges, stp, and pdf.
3. Only have a sample, no drawings. Can you complete the task?
Certainly. Our design engineers can draft technical drawings from your sample and manufacture the product accordingly.
4. How do you ensure good quality?
At BestPro, quality is our top priority. We implement robust systems, including pre-article inspections, in-process checks, and final inspections. With advanced equipment like CMM for precision measurement, we ensure exceptional quality control, earning the trust of our customers.
5. Do you have a minimum order quantity?
NO! – No minimum quantity! BestPro provides prototypes and short to medium-run production machining services.
6. What precision tolerances can BestPro achieve?
Precision Machining Tolerances down to ±.0005mm. BestPro can manufacture and inspect tight tolerances per your drawing specifications.
7. What general tolerances can BestPro achieve?
General Machining Tolerances on metal to +/- 0.005mm unless otherwise specified. Plastics and composites will be +/- 0.0254mm.
8. How quickly can I get my parts?
Lead times are 2 to 3 weeks for prototypes and 4 weeks for production runs. Emergency and rush services are available.
