Project Overview

This project involved OEM machining and assembly for a U.S.-based company specializing in automation equipment for electronics and electrical manufacturing.
The client required 10 complete OEM systems to be produced in Asia based on detailed engineering drawings. These systems had to meet high standards of dimensional accuracy, structural stability, and seamless integration into existing automation lines.
BestPro was selected as the end-to-end supplier thanks to our rapid response capabilities and proven experience working with international clients.
Challenges
Stringent technical requirements: The assemblies needed to maintain strict flatness, perpendicularity, and parallelism at mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic mounting points.
Complex structure: Multiple clamping modules with through-frame fixtures had to maintain perfect coaxiality.
Integrated pneumatic system: All air fittings had to be 100% leak-free and easy to maintain.
High aesthetic standards: Brushed aluminum surfaces had to be uniform with no visible seams or connection marks.
Solution & Execution
The project was completed within 4 weeks, following a clearly defined and tightly managed workflow:
Drawing clarification & technical alignment
Worked closely with the client’s U.S.-based engineering team to clarify technical drawings and align on specifications and quality standards.
High-precision machining
Utilized advanced 5-axis Mazak CNC machines and turning centers to precisely machine aluminum frames, stainless steel components, and POM plastic parts.
Premium surface finishing
Applied anodizing and directional brushing to aluminum surfaces, enhancing both visual appeal and corrosion resistance.
Assembly & functional testing
Assembled pneumatic components and conducted pressure testing over 1,000 cycles to ensure zero leakage and reliable long-term performance.
On-time delivery with quality documentation
Completed export-grade packaging and delivered comprehensive Outgoing Inspection (OC) reports with every shipment.
Results
Successfully delivered 10 fully assembled OEM systems meeting U.S. technical standards.
Measurement deviations kept below +0.01 mm, exceeding client expectations.
No issues during functional testing and quality inspections in the U.S
Client confirmed a follow-up order for double the quantity in the next production batch
